Candidates for Outstanding Achievement and Excellence Awards – Academic are limited to individuals and assessed based on 3 core criteria of Contribution, Qualification and Leadership/ Experience qualities.

Individual

Candidates for Outstanding Achievement and Excellence Awards – Academic are limited to individuals and assessed based on 3 core criteria of Contribution, Qualification and Leadership/ Experience qualities.

Leadership/Experience (40%)

Candidates are evaluated based on particular recognition of leadership or acknowledgment of experience.

Contribution (40%)

Candidates are assessed based on past and present contribution, be it at national or international level.

Qualification (20%)

Candidates are assessed based on eligibility in terms of qualifications.

Organisation

Candidates for Excellence Awards – Economic are limited to organisations only and assessed based on 4 core criteria of Growth, Talent, Innovation, and Islamic Values.

Growth (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on their profit, sustainable growth and returns.

Talent/Human Capital (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on areas of talent and human capital development initiatives.

Islamic Values (25%)

Candidates are assessed in accordance with objectives to move towards Islamic values and principles (Shariah Compliance).

Innovation (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on areas related to the technology and effective problem-solving methods.

Social

Candidates for Excellence Awards – Social categories are restricted to organisations only and assessed based on 4 core criteria of Growth, Talent, Innovation, and Islamic Values.

Growth (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on growth of impact from initiatives and number of beneficiaries.

Talent/Human Capital (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on volunteers/employee’s benefits in being part of the organisation.

Innovation (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on areas related to technology and effective problem-solving methods.

Islamic Values (25%)

Candidates are assessed based on objectives to move towards Islamic principles/values (Shariah Compliance).
